Really great little onigiri place. The spicy tuna and lobster shrimp were excellent, and the spam egg musubi is always good.

This is by-far my favorite onigiri spot in the Los Angeles area. I am Japanese and real ones know Jichan's is formerly the best spot. This place serves yummy authentic onigiri with fresh rice. The servings are well worth the price -one onigiri is less than $5 if I recall correctly. I was brought here by a friend and now whenever I visit little tokyo I have to bring my friends to pay a visit. The atmosphere is very busy, although if you can snag a table I love to devour my umeboshi onigiri, use the bathroom real quick, and go on my way exploring!

Wow this place was just on point ! Great place for a quick bite or snack . Onigiris are freshly made and decently priced . Love that they put enough of the meat inside and it’s not just rice . The flavor is great . First time they make a good eggplant miso and mushroom onigiri . Usually they don’t have enough flavor or enough mushroom but this spot has it down . Must try if you are in little Tokyo ! They also don’t use any peanuts - good about allergies !

Wow!! So lucky to find this place in LA. It looked like fast food place so we didn’t expect much but got pleasantly surprised by quality of hand roll. We enjoyed yellowtail sashimi and hand rolls and the onigiri. Set menu was a great value. Highly recommend this place in LA.

First time visiting from out of town, and wow just wow! The staff are very friendly and patient. I ordered the tuna, teriyaki, and spicy shrimp onigiri. OMG, my taste buds went wild! No wonder this place is always busy. The prices are super reasonable, and the onigiri are huge totally worth it. Where I live, the onigiri are tiny in comparison. I’ll definitely be coming back!
